
We smoke sweet onions dusted with maple suagr, than remove and carmelize onions to create a smokey sweet start and a habanero finish! Great on burgers and Steaks! Did we mention that our good friend and published artist Jason Lutes did the font and onion by hand!
Ingredients
Mayan sweet onion, Cider Vinegar, Habaneros, heirloom carrots, maple syrup, garlic, leeks, shallots, chipotle in adobo sauce, spices and pink sea salt.
Oignons doux maya, vinaigre de cidre, Habaneros, carottes anciennes, sirop d'érable, ail, poireaux, échalotes, chipotle à la sauce adobo, épices et sel de mer rose.
