Our El Camino Cerdo is a blend of perfectly fire grilled plum tomatoes, smoked ghost pepper, scotch bonnets and long hot green peppers. The sauce was inspired by techniques learned in Holbox, Mexico, we bring it home with bacon salt and maple sugar to give this a Canadian spin!

Plum Tomato, Vidalia Onion, long green hot peppers, scotch bonnets, chocolate ghost pepper, garlic, white balsamic, , maple sugar, bacon salt, lime juice, chipotle in adobo, cider vinegar, organic cane sugar, and spices.
